After a special year of little to no in-person classes, positive energy was overflowing during the Professional Doctorate graduation ceremony on 18 September 2022.  Friends, family and cohorts cheered as each graduate crossed the stage to receive their well-earned diploma.

The ceremony for the Professional Doctorate in Applied Finance recognises the achievement of 69 executive students, which means which means a total now of an anchor number of 100 students who have graduated from this programme. In recognition of their exceptional academic achievements, several graduates were presented with honors and best applied dissertation awards.

We congratulate all the graduates and thank the families, colleagues and friends who supported them through their degrees, especially over the last two years against the backdrop of the pandemic. We are all very proud of their achievement and we welcome them in the Professional Doctorate Alumni network.

The Doctorate of Advanced Professional Studies (DAPS) is a unique high-level professional doctoral degree that specializes in Sustainable Assets and Wealth Management offered by the University of Geneva, with the support of GIWM and CGPI. Launched in 2017, it is  the first of its kind in Switzerland.
